Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via standard shipping, which takes 3-7 business days for delivery.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee. Expedited orders are processed within 1 business day and delivered within 2-3 business days.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Brands By Radiant is not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damages

  • Brands By Radiant is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return Policy

At Brands By Radiant, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us for assistance.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or the product is defective.
